Sharing a roundup of fashion faves for fall 2025 with my top picks in sweaters, dresses, jeans, and boots.

Hiiiiii! How are you? I hope that your week is off to a great start. I’m back from a super fun whirlwind trip to the Reimgaining Health Summit in Ft. Lauderdale. It was so great to connect with so many IHP friends in real life, and also attend the sessions. I’ll share a recap soon but the short story is that I spoke on a panel and didn’t die lol so I’m calling it a win!

For today’s post, let’s talk about fall fashion-y things. Usually I feel meh about fall fashion – give me tank tops and dresses all day long – but I’m really loving the return of leopard print (praise the lord), the textures (like suede and corduroy), bold necklaces, and the deep, autumn colors.

I thought I’d share some of the things I’m loving right now! If you have any fall favorites, please shout them out in the comments below. I’m always looking to add things to my list.

I also wanted to note here that I’ve been adding products and outfits to my ShopMy page. I’ve found that it’s so much easier to use and navigate than LTK, even though I’ve used LTK for years. I think it makes it super easy to browse and shop the things you like; check it out here! Also if you’re a fellow blogger or creator friend, use my referral link to set up your own ShopMy account. If you need help setting it up, let me know and I’d be happy to hop on a Zoom and show you how it all works. It took me a little while to figure it out, but I’m a huge fan.

I had so much fun putting this together. It ended up become a capsule wardrobe of sorts; so many of these mix and match with each other!

Sharing a roundup of recent outfit faves!

Hi friends! How are you? I hope that you’re having a wonderful start to the week. The kids have camp this week – it’s their only camp all summer- and then we’re getting ready for back to school. It totally snuck up on us this year, but it does this every year. I really wish summer could last a liiiiittle bit longer.

For today’s post, I wanted to share an outfit roundup! I always love to see what friends are wearing for outfit inspo, and figured it was worth a share since I’m trying to get dressed every day. 😉 I still shop, but thankfully not as much since I’m still using and loving Rent the Runway unlimited.

Ramy Brook dress and Flabelus

This dress is my favorite dress I’ve worn in a long time. The fabric is light and dreamy, and the fit is super flattering. The Flabelus are from Spain, but they have a ton here – size up! I’m always a 38 and had to get a 39 in these.

This printed dress + my trusty Valentino sandals.

Another Ramy Brook winner. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite brands because the quality is so high and they fit extremely well.

Spain packing list

Sharing some of the things I’ve packed for our Spain trip and Europe adventures this summer.

Hi friends! How are you? I hope you’re having an amazing day so far. Cue the Mariah Carey *it’s tiiiiiiiiiiime* because we’re escaping the scorching Tucson oven before it begins and are off on some adventures. (To be honest, it’s been the mildest spring and beginning of summer ever. It’s been suprisingly gorgeous in Tucson – usually it’s super hot by now!)

I’ll be sure to share all of the fun, what we’re up to, and what we’ve been eating. 😉 Definitely follow along on IG stories, too!

We’re gone for quite a while and have someone staying at our house while we’re away. I also had to haul the guinea pig’s cage to madre’s house (sorry madre lol) because after 7 years Donut is still very much alive.

We’re going to be in a few different places: Barcelona, Rome, Pisa, Provence, and Sevilla, and possibly some other stops along the way. I’ve always wanted to do something like this, and feel so so thankful that we’re going for it. The girls’ schedules are just going to get busier, especially since P is in competitive basketball and summer is typically tournament season, so I figured it was our chance.

Packing took at lot of strategy because I didn’t want to overpack but also wanted to make sure we have everything we needed! Of course, I need to save a little room for shopping finds while we’re out there. 😉

Here’s the great list of things I’m bringing with me:

The plan is to wear dresses with sandals or sneakers, dressier sandals for evening, and a cute sweater/jacket to layer on top.

Rent the Runway vs Nuuly – which is better?

Web Admin 0 788 Article rating: No rating

Sharing my thoughts on two of the most popular clothing rental services, Rent the Runway Unlimited and Nuuly. <— I’ve added both of my referral links here if you decide to check them out!

Hi friends! How are you? I hope you’re having an amazing week so far. It’s been a good one over here. I had choir (one of the highlights of the week), taught two barre classes, and met up with friends at True Food for dinner. The Pilot and I also took some time to plan out the rest of the year, assess the budget, and make plans.

I LOVE to go through our subscription payments each year and *trim the fat.* So often, we’ll notice that we’re paying for things and don’t use or need, and it’s an easy way to get some $$ back. (Especially when groceries are a billion dollars.) While we were looking through everything, he saw that we’ve been paying for both Rent the Runway and Nuuly, and told me he thought I should keep them, because it’s cut way back on my online shopping habits, especially since we’ve had a lot of travel and events.

It’s true! I’ve definitely cut back on my shopping over the past couple of years and have still been able to try a bunch of fun new-to-me options, thanks to RTR and Nuuly.

Here’s a bit about why I love using these two services, what makes them worth it, and any of the cons I’ve experienced. You can also check out an older review of RTR here and Nuuly here.

Rent the Runway vs Nuuly – which is better?

I like both RTR and Nuuly because they have different choices and are for different occasions. I use RTR for more staple seasonal pieces, like a cozy jacket, or special events, like if I know we have a military event or party. I love Nuuly for more casual options, like tops and dresses, and also if we’re going on vacation.

I’ve used both services in the past and have canceled them at various points. I’ve been sandwiching the two services for a couple of years, and here are some of the things I’ve noticed:

PROS:

– Less shopping. I shop less and I’m focused less on *fast fashion.* Because I can rent luxe options and the options are always changing, I never feel like I’m missing out, and don’t feel compelled to buy a ton of extra things.

When I shop now, it’s for things I genuinely need and love (like a new pair of amazing jeans or shoes), or I might keep something from an RTR or Nuuly shipment and pay for it at a discount. I’ve discovered new brands and learned my sizes for different brands wi
