Hi friends! How are ya? I hope you’re enjoying the day so far! We’re back to the routine after fall break. It was filled with fun friend time, adventures, hiking, and we also had our family photos taken. Today, I’m looking forward to a hot yoga class in between client calls. For today’s post, I wanted to share some more fashion faves from lately. There’s so much great stuff right now, and while I’m not *fully* embracing all of the 90s trends that are back, I’m leaning into a couple of them. It makes me laugh because when I was little, I told my stepmom I was going to save my clothes for my future children. She said by now, kids would be wearing spacesuits. Turns out they’re all wearing the exact same things I was wearing when I was a kid, down to the Nirvana shirt and spaghetti strap dress over a T-shirt. It’s funny to see trends come back around!

Cutwork Somerset Dress

My love for Somerset dresses continues. I’ve had so many over the years, including short, vegan leather, maxi velvet, and floral, and they’re all perfect. The cut and fit is super flattering and they have so many print and color options.

This white bodysuit – I also have it in black

Bodysuits are easy to wear with jeans and skirts, pop a blazer on with it or a sweater tied over your shoulders, and boom. Perfect outfit. I like the mock neck cut of this one and the fabric is light and stretchy.

Sharing some of my favorite fall 2023 fashion finds!

Hi friends! How are you? I hope that you’re having a lovely day so far. I can’t believe that August is pretty much over. I always look forward to so many things during the fall: the fun fall activities with the kids (apple picking, fall festival, pumpkin patch), holidays, birthdays, ideal hiking weather, and all of the fall foods. I’m a soup-loving gal and also obsessed with pie and pumpkin, squashes and gourds. At the same time, I’m usually meh about fall fashion. I’d rather wear a dress and sandals, shorts and tank, or a swimsuit and coverup than a bulky sweater and boots.

Buuuuut something about this year makes me excited for fall fashion. I’m ready for jeans and sweaters, jogger sets, and sweater dresses. Maybe I’m more excited because shackets are finally gone?! (I hope???) Even so, I’ve been browsing online, planning some staple pieces, and thought I’d share some of my favorite finds with you today.

For today’s post, I wanted to share some recent Amazon finds. Amazon has been crushing the game lately, and they have so many cute things for the transition from summer to fall. I’ve also found some new back-to-school essentials that we’ve been loving lately, and also some fails in the mix.

This set

While this set is a little on the summery side, I can get away with tying a sweater around my shoulders for the next couple of months here in Tucson. They also have it in black, which is super cute with a high bun and some low-top sneakers.

This necklace

I’ve been wanting a tennis necklace for a while, but didn’t want to spend the money on a real one. I wanted something I could wear every day without worrying about it getting lost or breaking. This one was highly recommended in a Facebook group that I’m in, so I decided to go for it since it was only $35. I LOVE it. It’s sparkly and decent quality, plus I can wear it every day.

For today’s post, I wanted to share some of the recent Amazon fashion and fun finds. Amazon has come a looooong way in their fashion game, and while I tend to invest more in the classics, it’s the perfect option for trendier items when I don’t want to spend a ton. As far home goods and essentials go, it just makes life so much easier.

May Amazon Finds

This casual beach dress

I ordered this color because I’m trying to lean into the whole *deep winter* color scheme. It’s a perfect casual beach dress or coverup; perfect to layer with your swimsuit and wear to lunch. It’s super lightweight and flattering, plus they have a ton of colors.

This bodycon midi dress

Love the square neck of this dress! It’s more form-fitting (I always wear Spanx with things like this. It’s always worth it, I promise!) and they also offer it in a lot of colors. The fabric is much nicer than I was expecting, too.
