Sharing some last-minute gift ideas and stocking stuffers for everyone on your list!

Hi hi! How are ya? I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Ours was low-key and perfect. Friday was a bit wild (girl scouts, dance, a bday party) but Saturday was gloriously low-key. We watched movies and baked Christmas cookies, and I took a hot yoga class. Sunday morning was a hike, work, and putting lights up at nana’s house.

Today, I have some work to do for Fit Team (getting January workouts and our challenge ready to go!), but wanted to pop in and share some last-minute gift ideas. I’m finishing things up over here – I dubbed tomorrow “Holly Jolly day” and am spending the day wrapping and getting any remaining gifts – and wanted to share some inspiration if you’re doing the same this week! A lot of stores have shipping cutoffs, but if you order in the next couple of days, you should be good to go. Here are some ideas if you’re checking off gifts this week!

Hi friends! Happy Monday. I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend. Sorry I disappeared on you for Friday Faves. I rarely miss a Friday Faves post but I think all of the activity of the past month and a half finally caught up to me. The icing on the cake was that I went to get blood taken for InsideTracker and passed out afterwards.

I haven’t fainted in maybe 20 years – last time, I landed on my face and broke my nose – and it rattled me a bit. I lost my vision for a few minutes and felt absolutely horrible, and the experience messed with me for a couple of days. I’m thankful for a kind tech who kept me from falling, and gave me a Snicker’s bar afterwards, which helped a ton.

But now, I’m back at it, the Grinch agreed to let me decorate before Thanksgiving so I’m surrounded by twinkly lights and pine-y things, and ready to head into Thanksgiving week. What do you have planned? We’re doing the usual lunch/dinner at my uncle’s house and stopping by madre’s afterwards. SO ready for some family time, nana’s coconut cake (the best ever), and a short week for the girls at school.

For today’s post, I wanted to share some skincare gift ideas and under $100 fashion finds. The Black Friday holiday shopping frenzy has already begun, and I’m here.for.it. Cheers to getting holiday shopping done early!

(throwing it back to last year’s gigantic real Christmas tree. I think we need to go for it again)

Here’s a little bit about how I’m navigating holiday shopping:

– I made a Google Doc checklist with everyone on our list, along with gift ideas for each person

– I ordered anything I could in advance, and if I’m waiting for a Black Friday deal, I have the link in the document ready to go. The good news is that so many retailers started their Black Friday promos early.

If you’re doing the same and want to add any ideas from my gift guides, you can copy and paste the text from my blog post directly into Google Docs. The link will still work, too.

I know we all have a frenzy of holiday parties on the horizon, and for hostess gifts, I try to switch things up from the usual flowers or bottles of wine. 2022 Holiday Gift Guide for the Kids

Sharing holiday gift ideas for the kids this year! We tend to stick to the purchasing strategy of: “ Something they want, something they need, something to wear, and something to read.”

Hi friends! Happy Thursday! How’s the week treating ya? It’s been a busy on over here and I’m currently in Phoenix for a mastermind trip. I’ll share more details in Fri Faves tomorrow!

I’m really excited for today’s gift guide because kiddos really bring the magic to Christmastime. I’m basically like Buddy the Elf and thought that nothing could possibly make the season more enjoyable… and then we had kids. They just magnify all of the magic of the holidays. We’re getting our holiday shopping done early, so I wanted to put some ideas out there if you’re doing the same thing.

More gift guides from this year:

For Her

For Him

When we holiday shop for the kiddos, we keep things on the simpler side. They get their Santa gifts and stocking stuffers, and then from us, we stick to the “something they want, something they need, something to wear, and something to read.” This checks all of the main boxes and keeps things from getting too bananas with gifts from my parents and their other relatives. [Another hack: any gifts that aren’t opened in the first couple of days are stocked away in the playroom. I bring them out on a rainy day or when the kids say they’re looking for something to do.]

Today, I’m sharing some of the things on their personal wish lists, along with tried and true favorites if you’re shopping for kids their ages (5 and almost 9) this holiday season!! I’d love to hear your kids’ gift requests in the comments and any ideas you have!
