Indulge in the ultimate chocolate lover’s treat with these decadent Reese’s Triple Chocolate Cookies. Made with semi sweet, milk, and white chocolate PLUS Reese’s Pieces and peanut butter chips, these cookies are a chocolate and peanut butter lover’s dream come true.

When we were moving from Lehi I was trying to work my way through our pantry, fridge and freezer as much as possible so we’d have less to move into a new house. And less spillage, leakage etc haha. I found a random container with little bits of all those chocolates and thought, oh I’m soooo making cookies that the kids can share with friends. Instead, we ate them all!

We use chocolate pudding powder to make these cookies extra tender and chewy. Just like our chocolate chip pudding cookies, these cookies have the perfect texture…a little crispy around the edges and fudgy on the insides!

Ingredients for Reese’s Triple Chocolate Cookies

I originally was going to call these chocolate kitchen sink cookies because it felt like I tossed everything in except the kitchen sink, but traditional kitchen sink cookies usually have oats, so I left the kitchen sink at home…haha! Suffice it to say, these cookies have a little bit of everything chocolate and peanut butter. Here is what you will need:

  • Butter: I prefer to use unsalted butter, but if you only have salted on hand, just reduce the salt by 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Eggs: give structure to the cookies
  • White Sugar: adds sweetness
  • Brown Sugar: firmly pack the brown sugar before adding it to the dough
  • Vanilla Extract: adds flavor
  • Flour: just regular all purpose flour
  • Salt: enhances all the flavors and offsets the sweetness
  • Baking Soda: acts as a leavening agent to give the cookies rise and chewiness
  • Cocoa Powder: boosts the fudgy chocolate flavor
  • Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix: adds more chocolate flavor and helps keep the cookies moist
  • Add-Ins: Reese’s Pieces, White Chocolate Chips, Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, Milk Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter Chips (Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips are our favorite)

The measurements for all of these ingredients can be found in the recipe card at the end of this post.

Step By Step Instructions for Making These Cookies

Making these chocolate Reese’s cookies is easy and straightforward. Here are the basic steps:

  1. Prep: Preheat the oven and line some baking sheets with parchment paper or silpats.
  2. Wet Ingredients: In the bowl of a stand mixer, add all the wet ingredients (butter, eggs, sugars and vanilla) and mix until combined.
  3. Dry Ingredients: In a

Cinnamon Cookies

These cinnamon cookies are the perfect afternoon snack with your morning coffee or an afternoon cup of tea. I came up with these while playing with our family cookie recipes to create gluten-free variations for a friend.

I wanted a version of classic Snickerdoodle cookies that could be made with butter alone, eliminating the traditional shortening in that recipe. If you prefer a cookie with a more cake-like texture, simply substitute shortening for ½ of the butter in this recipe.

This cinnamon sugar cookies recipe results in slightly thinner cookies than traditional snickerdoodles. They have wonderfully crisp edges and chewy centers, and have a distinct, buttery cinnamon sugar flavor. Call me very happy.

Pecan Thumbprint Cookies

I’ve been making thumbprint cookies for as long as I’ve been baking. From the classic peanut butter cookies with Hershey’s kisses, to every kind of jam and jelly-filled goodie you can think of. They inevitably remind me of Christmas.

These pecan thumbprint cookies are rolled in crushed nuts before baking, adding an irresistible nutty crunch to these cookies. This recipe is very gently adapted from these vegan cookies on my friend Gina’s blog.

This recipe has become a tradition for us over the past couple of years, as it gets absolute RAVE reviews from my friends who avoid both gluten and dairy. It was past time to save the recipe here for future baking, but all credit goes to Gina for the original awesomeness.

It’s always fun to make thumbprint cookies with kids, as we all get to use our favorite jams. My nieces opted for strawberry or raspberry jam this time. While apricot jam is almost always my preference. We all win.

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

I have made this recipe more times than I can count, over the years. They’re perfect for potlucks and gift-giving. And, I get asked all the time how they are so soft and chewy.

The not-so-secret ingredient is instant pudding mix. It’s that simple. In addition to their incredible chewy texture, these cookies freeze beautifully, making them especially easy to have ready to go when you need them.

And, I happen to know that both the cookies and the dough taste awesome straight out of the freezer. Yes, I did admit that. I often bake about half of the batch and freeze the remaining cookie dough.

When I am ready to use the frozen dough, I set it on the counter for 20-30 minutes to thaw slightly and then scoop out the number of cookies I want to bake.

Cranberry Orange Oatmeal Cookies

These cranberry orange cookies made me grin with each bite. I love the unexpected flavors and the way that orange zest transforms this classic oatmeal cookie into something fresh.

Fruit in cookies is a whole thing. A lot of people stick to chocolate and nuts, but if you’ve never tried something like these orange cranberry oatmeal cookies, you’re missing out. Cranberries are an amazing match for citrus and warm spices.

Cardamom is intensely aromatic (if you are familiar with the fragrance of chai tea, it is likely the cardamom that you are remembering) and it adds a distinct flavor to these cookies.

The spice works beautifully in baked goods, but don’t worry if you don’t have it. Cinnamon with orange zest is a fantastic combination on it’s own.
