No-bake cookies have met their match with these no bake chocolate peanut butter bars. It doesn’t get much easier than just stirring everything together and pouring it into a pan.

Before I tell you more about these amazing homemade candy bars, I’d better confess that no-bake cookies and I have a bit of a love/hate relationship.

No Bake Chocolate Bites

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

I love how easy no bake cookies are to make; I hate how unattractive they tend to be. I love how rich the chocolate and peanut flavors can be; I hate the raw oatmeal that frequently overwhelms the cookies.

(That whole raw oatmeal situation is balanced with the addition of coconut in these no bake chocolate coconut cookies or bars or bites… whatever you call them, the coconut changes the texture (and improves it!) in the best way possible.)

When I ran across these no-bake bars, (a.k.a. “the best recipe I’ve ever messed up“) I couldn’t believe I’d never thought to try making the cookies into bars. At least they would look better, right?

I’m going to be flat-out honest here and tell you my thinking when I started making these treats. (My friend Donna can attest to it because we were talking on the phone at the time.)

I thought, “I’ll make these because the kids will love having a dessert over the weekend and I won’t be tempted to eat more than one.”

That is seriously funny in hindsight. I almost licked the saucepan clean as I was waiting for the bars to harden in the refri

Halloween Peanut Butter Blondies

Peanut butter blondies that are loaded with Reese’s pieces, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips and Oreos. Yes, you read that correctly! These are fully loaded!

I have refused to post Halloween desserts for years. I am not creative, and I don’t do cute. And I mostly am not at all artistic. Halloween kinda needs all of that. But lately I’ve been all about the mixups of ingredients and I couldn’t help but wonder, could a cute Halloween treat be made just by throwing a lot of goodies into blonde brownies?

Ahhh but there’s the issue, blonde brownies are kind of the worst lately. I think there are far too many recipes out there and the majority are dry. I hate that! Sink-your-teeth-into-them blonde brownies is how they should be. So, until I’m ready to post our favorite blonde brownies I thought I’d start with a peanut butter version. It took many attempts, but these are the best blonde brownies I’ve had and bonus that they not only are peanut butter blonde brownies but they are loaded with Reese’s Pieces, peanut butter chips (my personal favorite part), chocolate chips and Oreos!

On top look for Halloween sprinkles that will pop. I went for a version with purple and green in them so that it was extra colorful and fun.

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

My brother tasted this creamy fudge at my house years ago and called us the very next night for the recipe. He couldn’t stop thinking about it and needed to make it right away.

I gave him the recipe and he couldn’t believe this was all there is to it. With just four ingredients, this is one of the best peanut butter fudge recipes I’ve ever tasted, and it is also beyond simple to make.

I’ve been making this fudge recipe now for over 10 years now and it’s a solid keeper. Without fail, everyone who tastes it requests the recipe immediately.

Recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge

I was so excited to find Alton Brown’s recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge almost ten years ago and it’s become a family and friend favorite over the years.

It is an awesome way to impress someone with a gift that takes just minutes to put together. I can’t think of anyone who likes peanut butter and wouldn’t be excited to receive a box full of this during the holidays.

Put this recipe on your Christmas treat list now and skip the baking! It’s perfect to snack on while you’re wrapping gifts or for enjoying next to a crackling fireplace with the ones you love.

Peanut Butter Apple Dip

Peanut Butter Apple Dip is simple and slightly sweet, perfect to enjoy with apples, pretzels, or anything you can dip into it.

Peanut Butter Dip

Apples and peanut butter are daily snacks around my house. My kids eat a plate of apples with a scoop of plain peanut butter almost every day.

Random but does anyone else have to ration peanut butter at their house? I am not joking when I say my kids treat apples as the condiment on top of peanut butter instead of the other way around.

A few nights ago, I was taking snacks over to a friend’s house for a party and she requested fruit if possible. I had only apples in the house, so I decided to make a quick peanut butter dip to go with them.

I was aiming for something a teeny bit healthier than the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip that I made last year. While I still love that one, it is definitely a dessert!

Peanut Butter Apple Dip

I bought a huge package of cream cheese a couple of weeks ago; when I was making Cream Cheese Pancakes for the hundredth time – slight exaggeration here, but only slight. I combined the extra cream cheese with the peanut butter and just sweetened it to taste.

Judging from the fact that at least 4 people requested the recipe, (I couldn’t stop laughing when I told them how simple it was) I’m calling this a success.

What’s not to love about an appetizer that takes about 3 minutes to throw together? I learned a long time ago to have a few things in my back pocket that I could whip up at a moment’s notice. This has been added to that pocket.

We were dipping apples and pretzels into this all night and I refilled the bowl a couple of times. If I would have had the ingredients I might have made a batch of Caramel Cheesecake Dip to serve along with this one.

I made a second small batch today and snapped a picture right before my boys inhaled every bite in about two and a half minutes. You can adjust the sweetness as much or as little as you like.

I’ve made this with both brown sugar and honey. Personally, I liked the brown sugar version best, but both are tasty options. (For something a wee bit lighter, try this peanut butter dip made with yogurt.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Chocolate peanut butter chip cookies are the impeccable combination of two of the world’s best foods (imho)! These cookies are thick, chewy and irresistible!

It’s time for chocolate and peanut butter to dance again! One of my favorite dessert combinations ever. It’s sweet, it’s salty, it’s perfection every time!

Have you tried our peanut butter blossoms? It’s pretty much these cookies but in reverse. Sometimes two things just belong together, like Cade and I! He’s the chocolate to my peanut butter! And speaking of pb and chocolate, our peanut butter bars are a MUST!

Ok, I’m getting all distracted! Back to these cookies…they are tender and so chocolatey! With those little morsels of peanut butter loaded inside, these cookies are absolute bliss.

What Ingredients Do I Need for Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies?

This recipe is going to look very familiar. It’s the same as our chocolate chip chocolate cookies just with peanut butter chips instead. I would say the only ingredient that might be unexpected is the Devil’s Food Pudding which I’ve written a whole section about below. Here is what you will need:

  • Butter
  • Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Baking Soda
  • Cocoa
  • Devil’s Food Pudding (see section below)
  • Peanut Butter Chips (3 10oz bags)

Head down to the recipe card below for all the exact measurements.
