Ingredients For Yogurt Bark

This Chocolate Berry Yogurt Bark is healthy and packed with flavor. Let’s break down the ingredients that make it so irresistible…

  • Chocolate Chips: Melted and swirled throughout the bark for rich chocolate flavor. We used semi-sweet, but milk chocolate, white chocolate or dark chocolate would all be good.
  • Greek Yogurt: Vanilla Greek yogurt creates a creamy, lightly sweet base.
  • Fresh Berries or Fresh Fruit: We used blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, but see below for more ideas!

With just chocolate, creamy Greek yogurt, and fresh berries, you’ve got a snack that’s as pretty as it is delicious!

Other Mix-Ins & Toppings

This yogurt bark is easy to customize, so feel free to get creative with mix-ins and toppings.

Try adding sliced bananas, fresh strawberries, mango, or cherries for more fruit flavor.

Granola, chopped nuts, cookies, sprinkles, or coconut flakes add great crunch, while chia seeds, pepitas, or hemp hearts bring a little extra nutrition.

You can also swap the chocolate swirl for white chocolate, drizzle with honey or pure maple syrup, or sprinkle on crushed pretzels for a sweet-salty twist. Mix and match to make it your own.

How to Make Yogurt Bark

Making this yogurt bark is easier than you think! A few simple steps and you’ll have a colorful, chocolatey treat ready to chill.

  • Melt: Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round, until smooth. Let cool slightly so it doesn’t melt the yogurt.
  • Spread: Line a rimmed baking sheet with a Silpat mat or wax paper and evenly spread the Greek yogurt into a smooth layer.
  • Top: Sprinkle the fresh berries evenly over the yogurt.
  • Swirl: Dot the melted chocolate over the bark, then use a toothpick to gently swirl it through the yogurt.
  • Freeze: Place the&n

STOP with the boring ol’ breakfasts you’ve been eating for years and years! You can make this special brunch recipe for Mother’s day, Easter or just because you’re having a lazy day at home and need an easy breakfast recipe. It tastes like a baked custard and you’ll feel like you’re eating dessert for breakfast!

Ingredients for Baked Cheesecake Yogurt

There are three components to this recipe – the baked yogurt, the berry sauce topping and the graham cracker topping. I like to make the graham cracker topping and berry sauce first (up to days ahead of time), and then make the cake. Here is everything you will need:

  • Graham Cracker Topping: graham crackers, butter, kosher salt and cinnamon
  • Berry Sauce: cornstarch, water, fresh raspberries, sugar and lemon juice
  • Baked Yogurt: vanilla Greek yogurt, eggs, cornstarch, honey, vanilla extract and mixed berries
    • NOTE: The cornstarch is critical to getting the right texture for the berry yogurt bake. It soaks up extra moisture to get the perfect bake.

The measurements for each ingredient can be found in the recipe card at the end of the post.

How to Make Cheesecake Baked Yogurt

Let me take you through the process of making each part of this baked yogurt recipe

Graham Cracker Topping

  1. Blend: Add the graham crackers to a blender or food processor and pulse until fine crumbs.
  2. Mix: Add the melted butter, salt, and cinnamon and mix to combine. Set aside to use later.

Berry Sauce

  1. Combine: Whisk the cornstarch and water together in a small saucepan until dissolved then add the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice and stir to combine.
  2. Boil: Turn the stove on to medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Let it boil for 3 full minutes stirring occasionally then remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Strain: Press the berry mixture through a mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
  4. Cool: Let the sauce cool completely to room temperature. Store in the fridge.

NOTE: You can also use raspberry jam instead of making homemade sauce. Just warmed it up a little to drizzle on the cake.

Baked Yogurt

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350℉ and spray an 8×8″ baking dish (or an 8″ ro

This cheesecake fruit salad is awesome for a side at a potluck or BBQ or even as a dessert! Plus it’s so easy it’s foolproof! The perfect summer salad!

Ummmmm I could eat this berry cheesecake salad recipe for the rest of my life and die happy. Seven years ago we posted this recipe and I’ve been waiting all winter for berry season to hit so we could bring this recipe back to the front for everyone to enjoy.

It’s sweet deliciousness. It seems a little wrong to take all of those healthy berries and turn them into a calorie fest with everything you put in this dish, but guess what, WORTH IT!!

Seriously, you should all make this on a perfect sunny day and eat outside with the family. Or maybe take it to a BBQ so everyone can ask you what the amazing recipe is.

Cheesecake Fruit Salad Ingredients

This fruit salad recipe is so versatile. I’m going to list out the ingredients that we love, but know from the start that you can totally swap out different fruits or flavors of yogurt. Here is what you will need:

  • Instant Cheesecake Pudding: You want just the pudding powder to add that yummy cheesecake flavor.
  • Cool Whip: adds sweetness and creaminess
  • Strawberry Yogurt: adds more fruity flavor and creaminess to the salad
  • Bananas: cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • Strawberries: stem removed and sliced
  • Raspberries: left whole but rinsed
  • Optional: Blueberries, Blackberries, Peaches, Cherries or Grapes
  • Graham Crackers: If you really want to make this salad taste like a true cheesecake, add crushed up graham cracker.

PRO TIP: After trying many different combinations of fruit in this recipe, I’ve decided my favorite concoction is fresh bananas, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, fresh raspberries and fresh blackberries. So fresh! Haha!

The measurements for each ingredient can be found in the recipe card at the end of this post.

How to Make Cheesecake Fruit Salad

One of my favorite things about this side dish is that it couldn’t be easier! Just two quick steps and you have a delicious fruit salad.

  1. In a large bowl, mix the pudding powder, whipped topping and yogurt together.
  2. Add the fruit and carefully fold it into the creamy cheesecake mixture. Then let it chill in fridge until it’s ready to serve (at least 30 minutes).
