Hi friends! Happy Friday! What are you up to this weekend? We’re celebrating my nana’s 90th birthday (!), going to dinner at our friends’ house tomorrow night, and family dinner at our house on Sunday. I love summer so much. Kids in AZ go back to school super early – early August – so we’re trying to live up this last month as much as possible.

Pasta salad and steak night!

Here’s what I put in the pasta salad:

– NOW Foods quinoa pasta

– Roasted red pepper

– Cucumber

– Artichoke hearts

– kalamata olives

– Feta

– Fresh mint and basil

– Seasoned it with leftover pesto, olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, and oregano. I made a giant batch and we all snacked on it for a few days.

Hi friends! Happy Friday! How are you? I hope you’ve had a wonderful week! We’re here in Sevilla and have some fun plans for the weekend. I’ve also been able to join in a session with a community chorus (loved it so much), taken Spanish lessons with a lovely tutor, went to the Flamenco museum and Museum of Illusions, shopped til we dropped (mostly for chocolate and earrings), and on Monday, we saw an epic flamenco show at Las Setas.

Hi friends! Happy Friday! What’s going on this weekend? Liv has her last dance convention of the year, P has a couple of basketball games, and we’re getting ready for our European adventures. I.can’t.even.wait.

I feel like I’ve been majorly slacking on everything and my goal is to record a bunch of podcast interviews before we head out and kind of get my life together. I feel like this year we’ve had to roll with the punches with school stuff and everything has felt even more chaotic than usual. I’m definitely ready for a reset.
